4th Degree Blackbelt
Moulton
I began my Taekwondo journey in 2004 after attending a class at Northants Taekwondo with my brother. Under the guidance of Mrs. Parker, I threw myself into training and quickly became a regular at every class available.
As a colour belt student, I enjoyed taking part in many club activities, including demonstrations and fundraising events which helped build my confidence. In 2009, I successfully graded to Black Belt and began assisting others with their training — something that quickly became one of the most rewarding parts of my Taekwondo journey.
In 2016, I became the official Assistant Instructor at Northants Taekwondo, where I’ve continued to share my experience and enthusiasm with students of all ages and abilities.
Throughout my time training I have been an active competitor at competitions, earning both National and European titles. I'm also a member of the GTUK England Squad where I’ve had the privilege of training alongside and learning from many inspirational instructors and practitioners. Representing England as part of both the junior and ladies teams has been one of my greatest honours, and I’ve also had the opportunity to coach and support fellow practitioners at various events and competitions.
In November 2024, I successfully graded to 4th Degree, marking a new milestone in my Taekwondo journey as I am now an international instructor. From January 2026, Mr. Stagg and myself took over from Mrs. Parker continuing her legacy — rebranding Northants Taekwondo into what is now Moulton Taekwondo.
Taekwondo has shaped who I am — it has taught me discipline, resilience, and confidence, but above all, the value of community. I’m passionate about passing on that same inspiration to every student who walks through our doors.
